Bathing should refresh you, not damage your skin. Washing too often—especially with hot water or harsh soaps—removes natural oils, leading to dryness, irritation, and weaker protection against bacteria.
For older or sensitive skin, gentler habits help: use mild, fragrance-free cleansers, warm (not hot) water, and shorter showers. Daily bathing isn’t always needed—every 2–3 days can be enough. Finish with a moisturizer to keep skin soft and protected.
