‘Deadliest Catch’ star Todd Meadows’ cause of death revealed
Todd Meadows, a 25-year-old “Deadliest Catch” deckhand, died from drowning and probable hypothermia after falling into the Bering Sea. Pronounced dead on February 25 and later cremated, his final moments were filmed—but his family has asked that footage never be shown.
He leaves behind a wife and three young sons. Hundreds attended his funeral, and donations have poured in to support his children. Remembered as a hardworking, joyful crew member, his legacy now lives with the family and community he left behind.
