Controversy Erupts: Jane Fonda Faces Serious Allegations During Live Broadcast

Actress and activist Jane Fonda, 83, returned to the spotlight after former Trump adviser Stephen Miller sharply criticized her Vietnam War–era actions during a Fox News interview. Miller called her protests “treasonous,” arguing that her controversial decisions from decades ago should not be forgotten.

During the segment, he pointed to Fonda’s 1972 trip to North Vietnam, including radio broadcasts criticizing the U.S. military, a widely known photo of her near an anti-aircraft gun, and her wearing a Vietnamese soldier’s helmet. Miller said these actions led to the nickname “Hanoi Jane,” which still draws strong reactions from some U.S. veterans.
